Have you ever realized how influenced you are by the Media you consume? Well Emmylou is hyperaware of her social standing and is owning up to being the “Perfect Girl” for everyone in her life. Step aside Zooey Deschanel, here comes Emmylous perfect version of the Manic Pixie Dreamgirl, but not her? Because she’s her own person? Right? But soon she realizes that ignoring her true self leads to failed relationships and a true nightmare existence.
